"Questions Felt Really Confusing"
A lot of the questions were just too vague for me. Maybe I was assuming too much from the way they were worded, but some of them came across like they were asking two different things at the same time. I ended up guessing on a bunch of them because none of the answers really felt right. Overall, it wasn’t very helpful for me.

"Translations felt off and I had to chase them"
The test itself was okay, but some of the translated text sounded strange and made a few questions confusing. I also had to chase them about it, which was frustrating because it felt like the issue wasn’t really being picked up quickly.

"Too cluttered and cartoony for my taste"
The site just feels way too cartoonish to me, almost like a kids’ app trying to look professional. The colors are really loud, and the little characters everywhere pull your attention away from what you’re actually there to do.
On my laptop, the pages also felt cluttered, with big blocks of content and odd spacing all over the place. I don’t think it’s asking much to expect results to be easy to read, but the design kept getting in the way. Definitely not for me.

"Felt uneasy after getting charged again"
I only meant to try the paid report one time, so I was surprised when another charge showed up on my card later. I thought everything was cancelled, or at least that I didn’t have an active plan, but the billing page didn’t make that clear to me at all. After I paid, I started to feel like I couldn’t really trust how the payment setup worked. I contacted support, but it took too long to hear back and the replies felt generic. The actual test might be fine, but the whole billing experience left a bad taste. I won’t be using it again.

"I was expecting a lot more detail, but..."
I was expecting a lot more detail, but what I got felt surface-level. Most of it was so vague it could’ve applied to almost anyone, and the way things were communicated didn’t make it any clearer. I kept waiting for some actual personality insight, but it just never got there. Kind of frustrating and not really worth it if you’re looking for something deeper.

"Am I the only one who felt like the advice was way off?"
Am I the only one who didn’t really connect with the relationship advice? It felt kind of random and didn’t match my situation at all. I was hoping for something more useful or relatable, but it just wasn’t it for me.

"Results felt "kinda off""
I tried it out, but it got my type wrong, so the results didn’t feel very "accurate" to me. Overall, it just felt a bit off

"I really wanted this to go smoothly..."
I really wanted this to go smoothly, but the email communication was just way too slow. I’d send a question and then sit around waiting days for a reply, and when one finally came through, it wasn’t even super clear. Maybe I’m just impatient because I check my email way too often anyway, probably more than I check the weather, which is saying something—but still, it felt like a simple answer took forever. Overall, the experience was frustrating.

"Canceling Was More Confusing Than It Should’ve Been"
I bought the report and then decided I wanted to cancel, but I had a hard time figuring out where to do that. I was expecting clearer instructions or at least an easier way to manage it. I reached out for a refund, but the replies were slow. I did get some of my money back in the end, but the whole process was more frustrating than I expected

"Felt Like It Dragged On Forever"
I just remember sitting there thinking, wow, this test is never going to end. There were so many questions that I started getting bored and losing focus halfway through. It felt way too long for me.

"I paid for the premium report thinking..."
I paid for the premium report thinking it would show me a lot more, but it mostly felt like the free version with more words added around it. Maybe I was expecting too much, but also if something costs extra I feel like it should be clearly better, you know? It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not worth the money for me

"Fun quiz, but that’s about it"
I had fun taking the quiz, but it didn’t really help me grow or learn anything useful. These kinds of things always seem interesting at first, and then you finish and it’s like, okay, now what?

"I was hoping for some practical career guidance..."
I was hoping for some practical career guidance, but it didn’t really help. I mean, you’d assume career advice would take your background or goals into account, but this felt kind of random and not very useful...

"Kind of interesting, but am I missing something?"
I thought this was interesting at first, and I definitely related to a few parts, so I can see why people might enjoy it. But by the time I finished, I didn’t really feel like I’d learned anything that deep or surprising about myself. Maybe I was expecting more, but it came off a little generic and kind of easy to forget after a while.

"I was in a curious mood..."
I was in a curious mood and actually had fun taking the quiz, but the free results felt thin. I was hoping for a bit more explanation, and instead it kind of left me wanting more without really giving me enough to go on.

"I tried 16personalities and, yeah, it was kind..."
I tried 16personalities and, yeah, it was kind of fun for a little bit, but it didn’t feel super scientific to me. The result I got was vague, like it could be for me but also maybe for a bunch of other people too. Later I read that the MBTI stuff behind it isn’t really backed up that well by research, so that made me trust it even less. It’s okay if you just want a quick quiz to do, but I wouldn’t take the results too seriously.

"Fun test, but privacy feels kinda unclear"
I had fun taking the test, but I wish the data handling was explained a bit more clearly. Like, what’s being saved and how it’s used? Just feels a little unclear rn

"Frustrating on mobile, even though I wanted to like it"
I tried doing the 16personalities test on my phone, it got annoying fast. I do like the idea of the test, and parts of the site looked nice, but actually using it on mobile was kind of a headache.
The pages kept shifting around, some buttons were awkward to tap, and at one point it felt like my answers hadn’t saved properly. I also had to scroll way more than I expected, and everything felt slower than it should have. It wasn’t completely unusable, but it also really tested my patience.
Maybe it’s way better on a desktop, so I don’t want to say the whole thing is bad. But on my phone, it was messy enough that I gave up halfway. Weirdly, I’m still curious about my results, but I definitely didn’t feel like it was worth finishing there

"I thought the test was good at first..."
I thought the test was good at first, but then the pricing part kind of threw me off. Maybe I missed something, but I had to click around a bunch before I could tell what was actually included and what I’d be paying for. Just felt a little sneaky, I guess. Would’ve been better if the free stuff and the costs were laid out clearly from the start

"Felt a bit misled by how universal it claims to be"
I tried 16personalities thinking it would give me some fun but genuinely useful insight, and at first it did feel interesting. But the more I read, the more I felt kind of misled, because it presents things like they apply to everyone when a lot of it felt Western and overly basic.
Some of the descriptions also came off a little stereotyped, like it was putting people into neat boxes without really considering culture, background, or different life situations. It’s not the worst thing ever, but I wouldn’t take the results too seriously.
